Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain client communication to drive sales growth.

- Lead engaging open house events to showcase our listings.
- Coordinate the entire transaction process, from listing to closing, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Develop new client relationships to expand business opportunities.
- Establish yourself as a market expert – thoroughly understand your territory and industry, confidently addressing questions about properties, market comparisons, and community details.
Requirements for this Position:
- Previous sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Tech-savvy with a comfort in digital environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Self-motivated and ambitious mindset.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Valid Real Estate License required.
