Requirements
- Minimum 2 years acute care nursing experience
- Current license in North Carolina or a compact state (pending acceptable for submittal)
- Required certifications: BLS, NIHSS
- Preferred certifications: ACLS
- Epic documentation experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a Med-Surg / Telemetry setting.
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data and manage dysrhythmias appropriately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including blood product administration and IV therapies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and facilitate discharge planning.
- Perform pre/post hemodialysis support and manage respiratory therapies related to patient care.
- Document all patient interactions and care provided in the electronic medical record.

Compliance / Notes
- Must pass EKG testing prior to start.
- Requirements for lab/testing to be completed within 48 hours of signing.
- Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only.
- Orientation: 24 hours (unit-specific).
- Scrub colors: Navy blue or white.
