Daily Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist with menu planning and development
• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Required Skills:

• Menu Planning: Ability to create and execute diverse and appealing menus
• Pasta: Proficiency in preparing various types of pasta dishes
• Broiling: Experience in broiling meats and seafood to perfection
• Scratch Cooking: Strong foundation in preparing dishes from scratch
• Kitchen Management: Ability to oversee kitchen operations and staff

Nice to Have Skills:

• Plate Presentation: Experience in creating visually appealing dishes
• Food Quality: Commitment to using fresh and high-quality ingredients
• Portion Control: Understanding of portion sizes and consistency
• Degree in Culinary Arts: Formal education in culinary arts or related field
• Dessert Making: Skill in creating delectable desserts and pastries

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $40,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $48,000.00
