Vice President of Operational Excellence

The full-time Vice President of Operational Excellence will lead enterprise transformation initiatives to drive operational excellence and strategic execution across a Medicare Advantage health plan, working remotely and collaborating with executive leadership to optimize business operations and improve member outcomes. Key responsibilities Develop and execute the organization's enterprise transformation strategy aligned with long-term business objectives Lead large-scale transformation programs to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational growth Oversee enterprise capital planning and investment governance processes, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities Required qualifications 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, managed care, or related fields 5+ years of executive or senior leadership experience overseeing enterprise initiatives and large-scale business transformation Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field Demonstrated success in leading strategic planning, transformation, and process improvement programs Strong financial acumen, including business case development and capital planning
