We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative professional to join our Global Total Rewards Solutions team in Summit NJ. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on strategic compensation initiatives and drive operational excellence within a complex global organization.

As part of our team you will partner with stakeholders across regions and functions to support compensation programs conduct market competitiveness analyses engage in job evaluation activities and contribute to pay equity initiatives. Your work will help shape our retention strategies and enhance our data analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market benchmarking and competitive pay analyses using salary surveys and external market data.
• Analyze external labor market trends and provide insights for compensation recommendations.
• Partner with Compensation Leaders and HR stakeholders to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Support job evaluation activities including role leveling and organizational design changes.
• Assist in statutory and non-statutory pay equity analyses and reporting requirements.
• Support retention analyses and recommendations for critical talent populations.
• Develop and maintain compensation dashboards reports and analytical tools.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Finance Economics Analytics or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in Compensation Total Rewards HR Analytics Human Resources or a related analytical field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience working with large datasets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including complex formulas and data modeling.
• Experience working in Workday (WD) or similar HRIS platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a matrixed global organization and collaborating across geographies.

Preferences

• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation and/or Human Resources certification.
• Experience with statutory pay equity analyses and reporting.
• Experience using Visier analytics platform.
• Experience using Syndio or similar pay equity technology platforms.
• Experience with compensation survey tools and market pricing methodologies.
• Knowledge of global compensation practices and pay governance.
