The World Class Automotive Group Talent Team recruits talent to compliment the Randall Reed family of dealerships in Houston and Dallas locations. Through dealership acquisitions and business growth we are in need of quality individuals to staff our corporate and dealership needs. The World Class Automotive Group seeks individuals that have the highest level of integrity, a stable work history, a commitment to relentless customer satisfaction and a desire for a long term profitable career.
Due to our recent growth and acquisitions we are looking for individuals to fulfill the following position: Business Development Representative, Planet Ford 45 Spring-Woodlands.
Position Mission Statement: Field incoming sales calls and internet sales leads, set sales appointments, track results of appointments, making follow up calls to insure proper customer satisfaction.
Key Accountability Areas:
- Answer incoming sales calls in a timely manner
- Respond to internet sales leads in a timely manner
- Set appointments for sales leads
- Tracking the results of sales appointments
- Follow up sales calls to insure proper customer satisfaction
Compensation Plan:
Hourly wage based on personal experience
Bonus based on appointments set
Bonus based on appointments showed & sold
Bonus based on Customer Satisfaction Scores
