Business Operations Analyst

Job Description The Business Operations Analyst is a key role to support the company's fast-growing video business. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving supply chain results and ensuring customer experience. Responsibilities Act as a liaison between the Sales, Customer Order Management, Operations, Warehouse & Logistics teams to ensure all orders are shipped according to promise dates. Analyze daily order backlog and drive revenue to meet financial commitments. Coordinate with supply planning to ensure all delivery dates are provided and accurate. Attend operations meetings to identify supply which will impact customer orders and communicate timely information to sales. Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce order to cash cycle time. Drive process automation and digitization leveraging AI and advanced technology. Required Skills Knowledge and experience using ERP systems, SAP and Oracle preferred. Highly motivated with positive attitude. Data analysis skills. Proven results. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail oriented and well organized. Ability to multi-task and work confidently under pressure. Basic Requirements At least an Associate's degree with minimum 2 years experience in an operations environment or a Bachelor's Degree.
