Hit revenue and margin targets through disciplined pipeline management.

Responsibilities

Develop new business in commercial HVAC service and projects.

Manage a pipeline in CRM with accurate forecasts.

Build estimates with operations and engineering.

Present proposals to facility managers and executives.

Negotiate contracts and protect margin.

Attend industry events and grow a referral network.

Coordinate handoff to operations for clean execution.

Track customer satisfaction and renewals.

Requirements

Must-Haves

3+ years of B2B sales, ideally in HVAC, mechanical services, or facilities.

Strong technical aptitude for HVAC systems.

Disciplined CRM and pipeline habits.

Valid driver's license.

Nice-to-Haves

Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.

Existing relationships in the regional market.

Familiarity with BAS, boilers, or chillers.
