Workers Compensation Plant Rep II

Typical Day / Responsibilities Analyze and process complex workers' compensation claims by investigating and gathering information to determine claim exposure. Manage a full caseload, including cases of increased severity, while developing action plans for timely and cost‑effective resolutions. Calculate and assign appropriate reserves to claims, ensuring reserve adequacy throughout the claim's lifecycle. Qualifications 3–5 years of workers' compensation claims management experience (required). High School Diploma or GED (required), Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience in handling lost‑time workers' compensation claims and proficiency in managing claim recoveries.
