This position operates on a fully remote basis, utilizing telehealth technology to facilitate client interactions. Our telehealth platform is user-friendly and designed to promote a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients. As an employee, you will have the flexibility to manage your hours within a structured schedule, working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for each client to determine their unique needs and challenges, using structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients that incorporate specific therapeutic interventions and measurable goals.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, coping strategies, and self-management techniques to promote autonomy and improvement.

• Engage in regular collaborative meetings with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nursing staff, and peer specialists, to ensure seamless care and client support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards and organizational policies, using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health care and participate in ongoing training opportunities, webinars, and peer supervision.

You will work with a diverse clientele, providing services to individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• A valid New York State license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills, with a proficiency in utilizing technology for telehealth practices.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling or therapy, preferably in a telehealth or remote setting.

• Experience working with various age groups and presenting problems, including crisis intervention.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $95,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
