Work hours are on-site at the CTC, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional Saturdays or holidays to support payroll deadlines or periods of high volume. - Process HR transaction requests into applicable HR systems, including Workday and PeopleSoft, ensuring SOX compliance.
- Review, audit, and input employee lifecycle transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, and compensation updates.
- Audit data for accuracy and provide clear guidance for incorrect or incomplete transactions.
- Collaborate with HR, talent teams, and plant-based personnel to resolve questions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive data.
- Support mass upload activities (EIB) as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience with an HRIS System; Workday experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, and COGNOS or other reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Experience in high-volume transactional environments, with manufacturing exposure considered a plus.
