Position Description

The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patient evaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient and physician’s orders when applicable.

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ Years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Orthopedic acute care experience required.
• Experience with acute care elective joint and trauma patients along with acute care neurological PT (strokes, spine surgery) preferred.
• IL PT License, BLS.
• ASAP Start.
