  We want to hear from you if you have:

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges, or transferrable skills that relate to serving this population (such as experience in education, caregiving, health care, other human services or customer service);Ability to pass criminal background checkAbility to pass required trainingsA Valid driver’s license, minimum three-year acceptable driving record and reliable transportation; A High school diploma or GED; Flexibility, positive attitude, 

Working Conditions

Work in residential group homes, day programs, and in the communityTransport individuals using agency provided vanAbility to lift 50 pounds

Full-Time Schedule 40 hours/week split shift: Tuesday - Saturday 7am-3pm supporting individuals in our Supported Living Program throughout Woodbridge and Dumfries, VA.

Compensation details: 17-17 Yearly Salary
