SCHEDULE: 3 days field / 2 days remote COMPENSATION: Base Salary + Commission TYPE: B2B · Salon Sales ABOUT THE ROLE INH PRO is the professional division of INH Hair — a brand built around elevated extensions, and the stylists who shape what their clients wear. We're looking for a Territory Sales Rep based in Central Texas who genuinely loves talking to people, understands the salon world, and wants to build meaningful relationships with stylists and salon owners. This role is a mix of in-person hustle and organized follow-through — you'll spend three days a week on the road visiting salons, and two days working from home managing your pipeline, following up on leads, and hitting your numbers. YOUR WEEK Schedule is flexible week to week based on territory needs. WHAT YOU'LL DO Drive/fly around Texas states (Texas, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, etc) , visiting salons to introduce INH PRO products and convert stylists into active accounts. Build real relationships with stylists and salon owners — understanding their business, their clientele, and where INH PRO fits their work. Hit monthly KPIs for salon conversions, account activations, and revenue targets. Manage your pipeline on WFH days: follow up on visits, send samples or materials, schedule next meetings, and keep your CRM clean. Represent the INH PRO brand with a polished, professional presence — both in person and in writing. Report on territory activity, wins, and blockers to the sales leadership team regularly. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Based in Central Texas with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle — you'll be on the road a lot. Prior sales experience, ideally in beauty, professional hair, or a field-sales environment. Ideally, a previous background or genuine understanding of the hair industry — you know what stylists care about and how salons operate. Warm, confident communicator who loves meeting new people and can build trust quickly in a short salon visit. Organized and self-directed — you can manage your own schedule, hit follow-up windows, and stay on top of your numbers without being micromanaged. Comfortable with CRM tools and basic reporting. Experience working toward and closing against KPIs. NICE TO HAVE Existing relationships with salons or stylists in Texas. Background as a licensed cosmetologist or stylist. Experience with professional beauty brands or B2B beauty distribution. COMPENSATION Base Salary + Commission. Competitive base with an uncapped commission structure tied to salon conversions and territory revenue.
