Addison Group's client is searching for a Billing Supervisor to join their team in Bethesda, MD. This role is on-site with a starting salary in the 65-72K range.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily billing activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Train, support, and manage the billing team.
- Review and approve invoices, credit memos, and adjustments.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Resolve billing errors and customer inquiries.
- Improve billing processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Work with other departments to ensure smooth billing operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of billing experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Experience with billing systems and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
