Addison Group's client is searching for a Billing Supervisor to join their team in Bethesda, MD. This role is on-site with a starting salary in the 65-72K range.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily billing activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Train, support, and manage the billing team.
• Review and approve invoices, credit memos, and adjustments.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Resolve billing errors and customer inquiries.
• Improve billing processes to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Work with other departments to ensure smooth billing operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of billing experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience with billing systems and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
