About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Tax Compliance to lead and oversee tax compliance, accounting, and technology initiatives within a dynamic financial services environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing a variety of tax filings, coordinating external audits, and analyzing large datasets for tax reporting and forecasting. This role requires a strong emphasis on process automation, modernization, and accurate reporting to ensure regulatory adherence and operational efficiency. The Vice President of Tax Compliance will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams, support tax technology initiatives, and contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment. Applicants for the Vice President of Tax Compliance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with 5-7 years' of tax experience, preferably in public accounting and financial services. Proficiency in U.S. tax compliance and IAS tax accounting standards is essential, as is a strong background in technology, including experience with data tools for tax reporting and compliance.
