Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool

Location: Cincinnati, OH
Duration: 8 Weeks
Shift: Nights (3x12s)
Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: Local: $36–$46/hr | Traveler: $48–$58/hr

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced RN for a Float Pool assignment. This role requires flexibility to work across multiple acute care units while delivering safe, high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans

• Administer medications and treatments

• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

• Provide patient and family education

• Maintain accurate EMR documentation

• Follow infection control and patient safety standards

Requirements:

• Active Ohio RN License or Compact License

• BLS Certification (AHA)

• Acute Care nursing experience preferred

• Ability to float between units

• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
