Position Overview: We are seeking driven and customer-focused individuals to join us as New Business Development Representatives. In this role, you’ll help clients protect what matters most, offering tailored insurance solutions to meet their needs. If you enjoy sales, friendly competition, building relationships, and making a difference, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do:
Seek new business and clients by developing leads through creative approaches
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
Educate clients on various insurance products and coverage options.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
Stay up to date on industry trends, products, and regulations to offer informed guidance.
