Remote Staff Accountant

Overview We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented professional to join our finance team in a pivotal position. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports. Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts. Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations and standards. Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in accounting or a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Nice to have Experience with ERP systems. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus. Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
