CRM IT Product Owner - US Oncology

AstraZeneca seeks a CRM Product Owner to lead technical implementation of Salesforce Life Science Cloud platforms for U.S. Oncology digital engagement. The role involves building omnichannel solutions, managing integrations, mentoring engineering squads, and executing AI automation initiatives to enhance healthcare provider and patient interactions.

Responsibilities

Lead technical build-out and optimization of Salesforce Life Science Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud implementations
Support deployment of Agentforce pilots to automate customer interactions and field force productivity
Execute omnichannel journey strategy using Data Cloud triggers for real-time personalized CRM actions
Develop and maintain API-first integrations between Salesforce and oncology data sources including claims and EHR feeds
Lead engineering squad through Scrum/Kanban activities, conduct code reviews, and enforce DevSecOps standards

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
5+ years CRM or customer engagement process experience
Deep technical expertise with Veeva CRM and/or Salesforce Life Science Cloud platforms
Proficiency in RESTful API design and event-driven architecture using MuleSoft or Kafka
Proven experience leading engineering squads and managing CI/CD pipelines with GitFlow
Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and communicate trade-offs

Compensation: $127,352-$191,028 base
