NICU RN: Level II to III Transition Program

South Shore Hospital in Weymouth, MA, offers a structured NICU transition program from Level II to Level III. RNs engage in didactic education, bedside training, and preceptorship, rotating as a cohort with a start date of August 24. A minimum of 2 years’ Level II/IB experience and NRP certification are required. During orientation, nurses work 36 hours weekly with day shifts first, then day/night rotation after orientation.
