LHH is assisting a leading Am Law firm in its search for a Recruiting Coordinator, Lateral Programs to support attorney recruiting initiatives in its Orange County office. This position sits within the firm's Attorney Recruiting team and plays a critical role in driving lateral attorney hiring efforts across multiple practice groups and office locations. Role Overview The Recruiting Coordinator will support all aspects of the firm's lateral attorney recruitment process while working closely with recruiting leadership, firm partners, legal search firms, and candidates. Coordinating lateral attorney recruitment activities from initial candidate review through offer stage Screening resumes and managing candidate pipelines Partnering with attorney leadership to assess hiring needs and recruiting priorities Serving as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process Scheduling interviews and managing day-of interview logistics Coordinating communications with legal search firms and external recruiting partners Tracking candidate progress and maintaining recruiting databases and reporting Supporting offer administration, including preparation of offer materials Assisting with conflicts checks, background screening, and onboarding processes Conducting legal talent market research and presenting findings to firm leadership Supporting the Director of Attorney Recruiting and Senior Manager of Lateral Recruiting on strategic recruiting initiatives and special projects The Opportunity This role offers the opportunity to work directly with law firm leadership and gain meaningful exposure to attorney recruitment strategy in a sophisticated legal environment.
