Consumer Sales, Account Executive (Seasonal)

Consumer Sales Associate (Seasonal) Location: Concord, North Carolina (Hourly) Salary Range: $15.00 per hour Schedule: Part‑time, up to 30 hours a week. Must work day, night and weekend shifts. About the Position: Charlotte Motor Speedway is seeking a Consumer Sales Associate for the Spring 2026 season. This role focuses on selling tickets, camping, and upsell revenue via phone, email, and in‑person visits. A proactive, passionate self‑starter who goes the extra mile. Responsibilities Generate revenue through ticket sales, camping, and value‑added upsells via phone, email, and in‑person. Consistently meet or exceed daily touchpoint goals with a heavy emphasis on outbound calls. Make 50+ outbound calls per day and achieve 80+ touchpoints per day. Renew, upgrade, and sell new tickets for NASCAR, NHRA, and World of Outlaws World Finals events. Build relationships with new and returning fans to provide ticketing, camping, and upgrade packages that fit each customer’s needs. Support the Consumer Sales team’s revenue goals. Represent Charlotte Motor Speedway with professionalism and enthusiasm at events onsite and off‑site. Maintain a list of consumers and prospects within the CRM system. Assist with other assigned event responsibilities. Minimum Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to work nights and weekends. Proficiency in basic computer software (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Zoom). Experience with Ticketmaster/Archtics a plus.
