Treasury Management Support Specialist

Supporting Treasury Management Bank products in a remote capacity, the full-time Treasury Management Support Specialist will manage accounts, perform operational tasks, and develop customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction while working from Arizona during standard business hours. Key responsibilities Manage accounts and portfolios, ensuring accuracy and compliance through routine data entry and documentation Perform operational tasks related to customer, vendor, and associate inquiries Develop relationships with customers and vendors to streamline service experiences and provide resolutions to their needs Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in Operations, Support, or Customer Service Banking experience is preferred Treasury Management experience is preferred Experience in a call center or customer service role over the phone is preferred
