Academic Coordinator

The Academic Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the tutoring program. This position serves as the primary point of contact for families and coordinates schedules between students and tutors to ensure a smooth and efficient learning experience. The Academic Coordinator also manages client billing, tracks tutor invoices, and supports administrative and operational tasks that keep the program running effectively. In addition, the role involves coordinating with partner organizations, maintaining the company website, and assisting with student intake and academic support resources. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for incoming and current families, responding to inquiries and providing program information Coordinate schedules between students and tutors to ensure availability and consistency Manage client billing and track tutor invoices to ensure accurate and timely payments Maintain and update student tracking systems using Excel spreadsheets Proctor mock tests in person when required Regularly update and maintain the company website using the WIX platform Assist with onboarding and tracking incoming students Support partnerships by communicating with external collaborators when needed Prepare and organize practice test materials and place supply orders as needed Qualifications Undergraduate degree (or currently pursuing) Flexible schedule and availability for occasional in-person responsibilities Comfort working in a hybrid environment Experience using Microsoft Excel or similar tracking tools Previous experience in administrative, education, or customer-facing roles is a plus Skills Strong written and verbal communication High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules simultaneously Proficiency with Excel and digital tools Familiarity with marketing or social media platforms is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Equitas Prep
