Procurement Analyst

Job Title: Procurement Analyst Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 12 Months Work Schedule: Hybrid Job Description We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to support contract administration and project coordination activities. The selected candidate will work with multiple departments to manage contract-related activities, process routine tasks, review contract changes, and monitor upcoming contract expiration dates. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, be comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite, and have the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. Responsibilities Support contract administration and procurement-related activities. Coordinate and track contracts across multiple departments. Process routine contract administration tasks. Review contract changes and updates. Monitor upcoming contract expiration and end dates. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and team members. Maintain accurate contract-related documentation and records. Use Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, tracking, reporting, and communication. Learn and work with organizational systems and applications. Support project/program management activities related to contract administration. Required Skills 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities. Ability to learn new systems quickly. Strong communication and coordination skills. Preferred Skills 1+ year of procurement experience. Contract administration experience. Contract management experience. Purchasing or vendor management experience. Project or program coordination experience. Experience working with government or public-sector procurement processes is a plus. Work Arrangement This is a hybrid position based in Atlanta, GA.
