Responsibilities Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest and client Coordinate and strategize seating and dining room flow Answer calls and questions from guests and other hosts Be aware and attentive to guests and their special occasions, food restrictions, and special accommodations Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with health and safety guidelines Proactively anticipate the needs of coworkers that may require assistance Ensure that side stations are prepped as needed for business demand Build rapport with guests to increase repeat clientele Perform administrative tasks during mornings as required Qualifications Possess a diligent work ethic Maintain a clean and professional appearance Experience in customer‑service facing roles Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays Must be able to stand for the duration of shifts and lift up to 25 lbs We offer opportunities for growth and development.
