Executive ChefWe are seeking an Executive Chef to join our team for our brand new, mental health residential facility. You will be responsible for serving three meals per day, overseeing your staff and coordinating meal menus with the registered dieticians.Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day culinary operationsCoordinate food and kitchenware ordersCheck freshness and quality of ingredientsAssist in the development of menu itemsStandardize recipes and plate presentationsWork with management to create a memorable experience for guestsQualifications:GED or HS DiplomaSERV Safe CertificationPrevious experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fieldsKnowledge of cost and labor systemsStrong leadership qualitiesSchedule:Monday-Friday full time hoursPay:Varies upon experience
