Sales Counselor - New Building Presales

Sales Counselor

Are you a proven salesperson looking for a career-defining opportunity? Oakwood VillageMadison's award-winning retirement community and one of the region's most respected senior living organizationsis seeking a Sales Counselor to lead the presales effort for an exciting new independent living apartment home expansion at our University Woods campus. This is a rare opportunity to sell a highly anticipated community before it is built, backed by Oakwood's exceptional reputation, strong demand, and long history of success.

POSITION OVERVIEW

In this role, you will meet with future residents, present the vision for the new community, reserve apartment homes, and help individuals make one of the most important decisions of their lives. Successful candidates are relationship-driven, organized, financially savvy, and skilled at communicating benefits, not just features. You'll lead presentations, host events, guide apartment selections, and help bring a vibrant new neighborhood to life before the first resident moves in.
