Busy and fast paced real estate and banking law firm with offices in Queens, Manhattan, Brooklyn and Nassau seeking detail oriented and motivated legal assistants, processors, Closers, team leaders, attorneys and data entry personnel to join our fast and energetic growing team. Duties and responsibilities will include, but is not limited to:

· Handling all necessary aspects of bank closings;

· Intaking files and completing data entry;

· Preparing loan documents and reviewing title reports;

· Contacting clients, attorneys, lenders/mortgage brokers and title companies; and

· Supporting team members with clerical tasks.

. Conduct closings for major national lenders

Applicants must work well in a fast paced and friendly team environment, and also have the capacity to work independently. Applicants must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Bookkeeping experience is a plus. We have a relaxed and pleasant work environment where service is key.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year (Salary commensurate with bank closing experience)
