Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or other behavioral health related field. Hold a Certified Alcohol and other Drug Counselor (CADC) credential Licensed in Illinois as a LPC or LSW preferred Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with experience in public speaking preferred Competence in using common computer applications such as word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software i.e., Microsoft Office Suite Ability to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames prescribed Self-starter with ability to work independently Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency insurance requirements Belief in the mission and vision of Rosecrance Responsibilities Provide oversight and direction for residential services. Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a team of direct care staff. Review and sign all required clinical documentation in a timely manner. Engage clients and families in treatment services. Provide crisis intervention services as needed. Understand and comply with all principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct. Perform all responsibilities in compliance with the mission, vision, values and expectations of Rosecrance. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer. Serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations. Assume other related responsibilities as assigned. Schedule Hours: Tuesdays- Saturdays 11:00pm-7:30pm Shift: 1st Work Location Rosecrance Harrison Campus Compensation & Rewards Starting Pay: $27.70/hr.
