Hospital Operations Manager

GoodVets is seeking a Hospital Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a modern, locally owned veterinary hospital. You will oversee staff scheduling, workflow, inventory, and client service while supporting veterinarians in delivering high-quality, pet-centered care. Partner with medical leaders to drive operational excellence, optimize hospital performance, and uphold a hospitality-driven experience. Responsibilities include team leadership, budgeting support, KPI tracking, compliance, and process improvement. You’ll help build a collaborative culture and support growth across our innovative GoodVets network.
