VKLPK LLC in Buffalo, NY is seeking a hands-on Chief Operating Officer to stabilize, strengthen, and scale a multi-unit retail franchise. This role requires a disciplined operator who excels in turnarounds, cost restructuring, and building profitable, scalable systems.

Reporting to the CEO, the COO will manage ~10 direct reports and ~100 indirect reports across district management, store operations, and back-office functions.
