Unlike traditional clinics, we operate with an integrated model that combines our Movement Team (physical training, performance, recovery) and our Wellness Team (nutrition, metabolic health, longevity, lifestyle medicine). About This Role

We're looking for a full-time Operations & Team Support Coordinator to oversee and support the administrative, analytical, and organizational functions of Berman Health Club.

This is not just an assistant role. This is a key position that helps drive accountability, efficiency, and team performance across both our Movement and Wellness divisions.

Core Responsibilities:

Enter, track, and verify operational data across multiple systems

Generate and maintain KPI reports and performance dashboards

Conduct and coordinate team scorecard reviews

Support leadership in monitoring team metrics and accountability

Help manage workflows across both Movement & Wellness Teams

Assist with billing, invoicing, and reconciliation processes

Maintain accurate client records and administrative systems

Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Assist with internal systems, processes, and implementation projects

Coordinate internal communications, follow-ups, and priorities

Support daily clinic operations and administrative needs

Key Leadership & Accountability Functions:

Track team performance metrics and operational scorecards

Coordinate recurring performance and accountability reviews

Ensure systems, processes, and workflows are followed consistently

Support team efficiency, communication, and structure

This role plays a central part in helping the clinic scale effectively.
