Join the Team at One of Wisconsin’s Premier Private Clubs The Wisconsin Country Club is proud to offer a first-class experience to our members and guests, with exceptional dining, events, and recreational facilities. We are currently seeking enthusiastic, service-driven individual to join our Food and Beverage team. As an Events Setup and Banquet Captain you'll play an essential role in creating memorable dining experiences in our clubhouse, banquet rooms, and outdoor spaces. 15-30 hours per week. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to members and guests.
• Assist with setup, service, and breakdown of dining areas and events.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, service and event areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Support a welcoming and professional atmosphere consistent with club standards.
• Help set/break down/ flip event spaces based on diagrams.

Qualifications:

• Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
