Patient Document Coordinator

Comprehensive Prosthetics & Orthotics (CPO) is seeking two organized and professional Patient Document Coordinators to join our Willowbrook administrative team.

This position is responsible for contacting patients, physician offices, and referral sources to obtain required documentation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable making frequent outbound calls, asking helpful questions, and following up consistently. This is not a sales position, but it requires confidence, persistence, and a patient-focused approach.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Making outbound calls to obtain missing or incomplete documentation.
• Explaining documentation requirements and answering questions clearly and professionally.
• Following up consistently with patients, physician offices, and referral sources.
• Reviewing received documents for completeness and requesting corrections when needed.
• Tracking requests and updating information accurately in company systems.
• Protecting confidential information and meeting established productivity expectations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service, patient services, outbound calling, or medical office experience preferred.
• Strong verbal, listening, and telephone communication skills.
• Comfortable making frequent calls and following up consistently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work environment:

This is a full-time, in-person position at CPO's Willowbrook office. Training will be provided on CPO's systems and documentation processes.

Compensation:

The starting rate is $18.00 per hour, increasing to $19.00 per hour after 90 days following successful completion of training and satisfactory performance.
