International Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities
1. Receive one-on-one mentorship and systematic pre-job training to master knowledge of feed machinery, turnkey projects, intelligent processing equipment and related production processes.
2. Assist the global business team with global market research, prospect development, channel building and client retention. Manage full-cycle order execution, archive client files and compile business data.
3. Participate in domestic & international exhibitions, business negotiations, project presentations and post-project after-sales service to accumulate cross-border sales experience.
4. After finishing rotational training and assessments, you may be posted to overseas regional offices. You will independently develop clients, execute contracts, promote brand image, maintain customer relations and deliver regional sales targets.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher. Open to 2023–2026 master graduates and bachelor graduates with ≤3 years’ experience; Mechanical Engineering majors preferred.
2. Fluent Portuguese and/or Spanish. Able to conduct independent cross-border negotiation, daily communication, and draft business emails & contracts.
3. Outgoing, communicative, good at negotiation and capable of working under pressure. Accept frequent business trips and long-term overseas assignments; target-oriented with proactive client development awareness.
4. Relevant industry experience is not required. We provide systematic product training, exclusive mentorship and end-to-end business support. Exceptional fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

岗位职责
1、入职后享有一对一导师带教及系统化岗前培训，全面学习饲料机械、成套工程项目、智能加工设备产品知识与完整生产工艺流程。
2、协同全球化业务团队开展海外市场调研，挖掘潜在客户、搭建合作渠道并维护长期客户关系；负责商务对接、订单全流程跟进，整理归档客户资料，定期汇总业务数据。
3、随同团队参加国内外行业展会、商务洽谈、项目方案推介及项目售后对接，持续积累跨境技术销售实战经验。
4、完成总部轮岗学习并通过考核后，可外派至海外业务网点常驻；独立负责区域客户开发、合同落地、品牌推广与客情维护，达成片区销售目标。

任职要求
1、统招本科及以上学历，2023–2026 届硕士应届生、本科毕业 3 年内人才均可应聘，机械相关专业优先。
2、精通西班牙语或葡萄牙语优先，口语流利，可独立开展跨境商务谈判、日常业务沟通，撰写商务邮件与合同文件。
3、性格外向善于沟通，拥有商务谈判能力，抗压性强。
