Why You’ll Love Working Here Unique to the industry salary pay structure that protects your income and well-being from client cancellations and Northwest weather disruptions (winter roads and power outages) Salary position is structured around a typical 40-hour workweek with flexibility for pre-approved appointments and paid time off Sign-on bonus after probation and biannual productivity bonuses Ongoing training, mentorship, and support for professional growth Regular consultation, collaboration, and access to emerging best practices Your Role Provide individual, couples (LMFT only), and family therapy Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation Facilitate therapy groups and offer family education and support Collaborate with providers and advocate for clients across systems Participate in weekly team meetings and group supervision Note: Active clients of ADHD Child & Family Services or affiliated providers are not eligible for employment.
