Senior AccountantThe Senior Accountant is responsible for preparing in a timely and accurate manner monthly and quarterly and annually journal entries and variance analysis in accordance with the Accounting close schedule. Provide timely submission of information and analysis to manager for both internal and external audit requests. The senior account is expected to work independently and assist the other Accountants with complex accounting concepts and/or review the work of others on basic accounting entries. Role reports to the General Accounting manager.Essential Details and ResponsibilitiesFinancial:Support preparation and distribution of monthly accounting management reports and statistical analysis based upon areas within accounting such as but not limited to cash, accruals, accounts receivable, accounts payable, intercompany reconciliations, and inventorySupport month-end, quarter-end and year-end accounting close for areas of functional responsibility.
