Imagine a career where your passion for speech therapy translates into a powerful instrument of change — not just in the lives of your patients but within a vibrant community as well. As a Speech Language Pathologist in beautiful Santa Clarita, your role goes beyond merely addressing speech and swallowing issues; it is about unlocking potential, instilling confidence, and fostering connections. From toddlers embarking on their language journeys to seniors yearning for independence, your contributions will be profoundly meaningful.
This remarkable opportunity allows you to work with individuals of every age in a setting that uniquely integrates outpatient therapy alongside occasional inpatient support. Whether your special interests lie in pediatric speech development, adult neurogenic communication challenges, or geriatric cognitive rehabilitation, you will find not just satisfaction but also flexibility and diversity in your caseload.
Conduct evaluations for a diverse range of patients, spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations, employing both standardized assessment techniques and observational tools.
Craft individualized treatment plans tailored to meet both short-term objectives and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing requirements.
Deliver personalized speech therapy interventions focusing on diverse areas such as communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, and families to ensure holistic care.
Educate patients and their families, providing essential tools and knowledge to support their continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions to guarantee a seamless continuum of care during patients' treatment journeys.
Keep precise and timely documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational requirements.
Enhance your practice by keeping abreast of the latest advances in the field through ongoing education and collaboration with peers.
A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized university.
Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.
State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of starting employment.
Expertise in evidence-driven treatment methodologies catering to all age groups, with a nuanced understanding of both developmental and acquired disorders related to speech, language, and swallowing.
Outstanding communication abilities to engage meaningfully with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
Adaptability in therapy techniques to accommodate diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
Strong clinical judgment paired with effective problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in electronic medical records and familiarity with documentation standards.
Competitive salary reflective of your experience and expertise.
Flexible scheduling promoting an optimal work-life balance alongside varied case assignments.
Opportunities to specialize in areas such as pediatrics, adult rehabilitation, or geriatrics.
Paid time off (PTO) along with holiday compensation.
Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options are readily available.
Support for continuing education and professional growth.
A collaborative work environment focused on delivering quality care and continuous learning.
A Career That Moves & Inspires
In this role, you will not merely administer speech therapy; you will immerse yourself in a community-oriented mission to empower voices, enhance communication, and cultivate happiness through the most fundamental human endeavors: understanding and connection.
Join fellow clinicians who treat each other like extended family in an atmosphere that champions teamwork over rivalry. Here, every patient has a narrative, and we will entrust you with the opportunity to shape their story.

Who We Vividly Seek
We are on the lookout for a Speech Language Pathologist whose drive stems not just from achieving results, but from a profound sense of empathy. A person who sees timid children and envisions them bursting forth with self-expression; who perceives the halting speech of a stroke survivor and recognizes the determination behind those words.
You could be a pediatric expert eager to embrace adult therapy or a neuro-focused clinician ready to weave early intervention into your skill set.
No matter your specialization, if you are prepared to serve with compassion and lead with expertise, we are excited to welcome you aboard.
Let's Craft the Story Together
If you believe that speech transcends mere sounds, and that therapy is about more than tasks — if your philosophy embraces trust-building before setting objectives and values laughter as much as language — then this could be your next fulfilling chapter.
Join us in a community that celebrates voices, connectivity, and the bravery essential for new beginnings. Apply today to lend your voice to our extraordinary team — and help others discover their own.
