ObjectivesThis position will focus on Optimization of plant internal processes and procedures with main tasks are as follows:Responsible for production (steering, planning and coordination)Personnel responsibility for rotating shift and day shiftResponsible for supply managementEnsuring EHSQ compliance in the plantResponsible for occupational safetyResponsible for danger prevention planningMain Areas of Responsibilities Responsible for implementation of production targetsResponsible for detailed production planningResponsible for planning production related tasks on shiftResponsible for preparation of production assets for implementing technical measures, incl. release of approvalsResponsible for coordination and alignment with other functions (supply chain, logistics etc.) and possibly external service providersSecuring operational conditions for equipment availability (e.g. freeze protection list)Implementation responsibility for all aspects concerning occupational safetyMonitoring and ensuring adherence to rules and regulationsResponsible for implementation of risk assessments according to labor protection laws and hazardous materials regulationsResponsible for administering plant permit systemResponsible for executing safety instructionsResponsible for investigating SHE incidents and implementation of preventive or corrective measures (focus accidents)Collaboration in creating safety and environment-related protection concepts (SHE assessments, inquiries into old assets, …)Quality assuranceResponsible for compliance with product specificationsIn-process analyticsResponsible for root cause analysis in case of quality deviations and implementation of preventive resp. corrective measureResponsible for defining, recording, and controlling production-related KPIs (customer satisfaction, SHE performance)Responsible for supply managementInitiation of measures in case of short-term requirement changes by customersInitiation of countermeasures in case of unplanned asset states (e.g. obstruction, corrosion, loss of catalytic effect…)Collaboration in the plant modification processCollaboration in creating innovationsResponsible for creating and updating operational procedures and for compliance with those proceduresResponsible for creating and maintaining alarm plans, alarm regulations and safety operating instructions for alarm situationsCollaboration in continuous improvement processesResponsible as SIMT during emergency situation+Responsible for executing of View email address on click.appcast.io processes in the plantTechnical and KnowledgeEHS, Costing, Process and Operational ExpertiseExceptional written and verbal communication skillsEnjoy challenges and initiate new ideas to improve process Demonstrated ability to collaborate and establish consensus within a group or team environment.Demonstrated success in conflict resolution and relationship building as well as ability to establish relationships across all levels and functions of the organization.Self-starter, motivated to get things doneLeasdership experiencesEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical Engineering is preferred)Min. 8 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, especially in process management
