Sales Coordinator

Job Description

I.T.S. Fire Alarm Security, LLC is looking for an experienced sales assistant. This person will assist our lead salesman with estimating, project documentation, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

Assist sales team with project take offs, estimates, and proposals.
Document project changes and communicate changes to entire team.
Communicate with contractors and end users as necessary.
Input new projects into quickbooks and other project management softwares.
Assist with communication of project from sales to completion of construction project.
Must be proficient in word, excel, and office.

Successful applicant will be highly motivated, detail oriented, and able to work in fast-paced environments.

Background in fire alarm, low voltage special systems, or project management is preferred.

Knowledge and ability to interpret NFPA life safety codes is a plus.

Candidates should expect pre-employment drug screening including hair analysis.

This position uses Microsoft word, excel, outlook, adobe, quickbooks, and corrigo software.
