Administrative Assistant III

Koniag

Koniag Government Services company is seeking an Administrative Assistant III to support our government customer in Washington, DC. Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Govt. Security Clearance. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.

Koniag Government Solutions (KGS) is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support the National Nuclear Counterterrorism Center (NNCTC) operations. Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
  • Compose correspondence on administrative matters
  • Prepare materials for conferences and meetings
  • Monitor and manage supervisor's priorities
  • Coordinate appointments and schedules
  • Review and distribute important communications
  • Support executive decision-making processes
  • Coordinate training class setup and administration
  • Process and manage documentation and files
  • Respond to inquiries from various stakeholders
  • Support acquisition processes
  • Manage office procedures and workflows
  • Coordinate with multiple law enforcement agencies
  • Prepare special reports and summaries
  • Process and distribute leads
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Manage correspondence and communications
  • Create and edit official documents
  • Monitor and track important deadlines
