Our exceptional quality is driven by a deep investment in and the daily practice of continually improving our people, processes, and products.About the Opportunity:To perform all aspects necessary for the maintenance of the equipment used in the manufacturing of Turbine Engine components and, the repair and construction within the facility.Location: Morton, IL, 1st shift position with overtime.This role will be onsite 100% of the time.Responsibilities:Use and care for related test equipmentInstall, service and maintain the operating condition all of the facilities CNC MachinesDetermine the reasons for equipment failureMake routine, periodic or special inspections to determine the necessity of the repair and maintenance of the plant machinery and equipmentUse manufacturers' drawings and specifications, installation, layouts and sketches, and follow the written and verbal instructions to aid effecting other than major repairs (those that require the equipment or machine to be repaired by outside sources)Other job-related duties as assignedHigh Level of Fanuc, Siemens, Mazak, Okuma control knowledge and parameter background.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of five (5) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Preferred qualifications:Knowledge of industrial mechanics and industrial electrical (pneumatic and hydraulic)Able to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagramsAble to operate maintenance shop equipmentRequired to have a valid driver's license and a company issued fork truck licenseDemonstrate a good mechanical aptitudeTroubleshoot servo and spindle drives using multimeters and diagnostic softwareAnalyze ladder logic and PLCsTest high and low voltage systemRestore parameters and softwareRead complex electrical schematicsDeep understanding of CNC feedback loops, encoders, and motor amplifiersStrong background in general industrial electricity.Physical Requirements:Requires mobility in a manufacturing plant environment while using Personal Protective Equipment.Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk.Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds.Must be able to have prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Compensation & Benefits:Pursuit Aerospace also offers a variety of benefits, including health and disability insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
