Client Intake Specialist (Level 1-3) needed for well established law firm 100% remote.

Gather, organize, and input client information into our database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.

Conduct initial client interviews to understand their needs and concerns, and determine if our services are a good fit.

Coordinate with attorneys and other team members to schedule consultations and follow-up appointments.

Monitor and manage our client intake process to ensure it is efficient, effective, and client-friendly.

Provide exceptional customer service by answering client questions and addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.

Maintain a strong knowledge of our services and areas of legal expertise to effectively guide potential clients.

Collaborate with our marketing team to follow up on leads and convert potential clients into actual clients.

Develop and implement strategies for improving the client intake process to enhance client satisfaction and increase our client base.

Qualifications: A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a similar role within the Legal industry.

Proven experience in new client acquisition and client communication.

Strong background in legal administration, including knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in using legal software and CRM systems.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.

A degree in law, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
