Manager Off Premises Growth Strategy: Overview The Manager, Off-Premises Growth Strategy supports the development and execution of CAVA's growth agenda across Catering and Off-Premises channels. This role sits at the intersection of business performance, guest behavior, market opportunity, and strategic planning, helping translate insights into actionable recommendations and business priorities. Partnering closely with the Senior Director, Off-Premises Growth Strategy, this leader supports growth planning, performance analysis, market assessments, and cross-functional initiatives that drive sustainable channel growth. The role works closely with Catering, Digital, Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance, Data, and Technology teams to ensure opportunities are identified, evaluated, and advanced effectively. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, business acumen, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate work across multiple stakeholders. This individual will play a key role in helping the organization communicate cross functionally, evaluate opportunities, align around priorities, and execute against strategic initiatives. What You’ll Do: Business Performance & Growth Analysis Analyze Catering and Off-Premises performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. Develop recurring business reviews, scorecards, dashboards, and KPI reporting that support effective decision-making. Support forecasting, scenario planning, and long-range growth planning efforts. Identify drivers of guest acquisition, retention, frequency, and channel mix performance. Translate business performance and guest insights into actionable recommendations. Market Opportunity & Competitive Intelligence Monitor industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity across Catering and Off-Premises channels. Support total addressable market (TAM) assessments, market sizing, and growth opportunity analyses. Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify emerging opportunities and threats. Synthesize market insights into recommendations that support channel planning and prioritization. Maintain ongoing visibility into category trends and evolving customer expectations. Strategic Planning & Business Operations Support annual planning, long-range planning, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning processes. Coordinate cross-functional inputs, timelines, and deliverables to support planning and decision-making. Maintain growth roadmaps, strategic initiative trackers, and planning tools. Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, leadership updates, and strategic recommendations. Facilitate follow-up actions, decision tracking, and accountability across stakeholders. Support leadership meetings by organizing materials, documenting decisions, and tracking next steps. Cross-Functional Partnership & Initiative Management Collaborate with Operations, Product, Marketing, Finance, Data, Technology, and Off-Premise channel leaders to evaluate growth opportunities and support strategic initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and workstreams to support business priorities. Help drive alignment around growth initiatives, key decisions, and investment opportunities. Surface risks, dependencies, and resource needs that could impact strategic initiatives. Support implementation planning and post-launch evaluation of growth initiatives. Support evaluation of new concepts, partnerships, offerings, and channel opportunities. Assist in developing business cases, pilot plans, and success criteria for growth initiatives. Monitor pilot and initiative performance and provide recommendations regarding future investment or scaling. Contribute to a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement. Qualifications: 4–7 years of experience in strategy, business planning, consulting, analytics, finance, digital commerce, operations, or related fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations. Experience supporting strategic planning, business reviews, forecasting, or growth initiatives. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously. Experience building executive presentations, business cases, and decision-support materials. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, consumer products, or digital commerce environments preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience .
