Responsibilities- Identify and acquire new-to-bank affluent clients to grow the DBS Treasures customer base.
- Promote and present the DBS Treasures value proposition, wealth management solutions, and digital banking suites to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers and branch partners to ensure a seamless onboarding and transition experience for new clients.
- Participate actively in business development initiatives, marketing events, and sales campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Achieve individual acquisition and business targets in alignment with the Consumer Banking Group's growth strategies.
- Maintain strict adherence to regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal bank policies during all client interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the financial services or wealth management sector.
- Strong understanding of wealth management products, financial markets, and investment concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills to engage effectively with affluent clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Possess relevant regulatory and financial advisory certifications.
