Job Description
Multi-state design firm is seeking a Water/Wastewater Group Leader for their team in St. Louis!


Responsibilities:

• Responsible for department overall performance, leadership and staff management
• Assist with short/long-term strategic planning
• Build/maintain client relationships
• Assist with business development
• Mentor/train junior staff
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously
• Project management duties

Requirements:

• Bachelor'sdegree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 7+years of experience in the consulting industry
• 3+years of experience of supervisory experience
• Experiencewith daily management/leadership

Salary is commensurate with experience.
