We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Line Cook to join our fast-paced smash burger restaurant. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on a flat-top grill, operating commercial fryers, preparing ingredients, assembling burgers, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Cook smash burgers and other menu items on a flat-top grill
- Properly operate and maintain commercial deep fryers
- Cook burgers, fries, and other menu items according to recipes and standards
- Dress and assemble burgers accurately and consistently
- Prepare toppings, sauces, vegetables, meats, and other ingredients
- Complete daily food prep and ensure ingredients are ready for service
- Follow portion sizes and food preparation procedures
- Maintain proper food temperatures and follow food-safety guidelines
- Keep the grill, fryers, prep areas, and kitchen clean and organized
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining food quality
- Communicate effectively with other kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Help with opening and closing kitchen duties
- Follow all restaurant cleanliness and safety procedures
