Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Own the planning, forecasting, and analysis of trader and portfolio manager compensation, partnering closely with Finance leadership, HR, and investment teams to support compensation decisions. Develop and maintain sophisticated compensation models incorporating fund performance, individual and team P&L, risk-adjusted returns, incentive structures, and firm-wide profitability metrics. Lead annual compensation planning cycles, including bonus pool analysis, allocation methodologies, scenario modeling, and executive reporting for senior investment leadership. Provide deep financial analysis and insights into trading performance, compensation trends, and expense drivers while ensuring alignment between compensation outcomes and business performance. Enhance FP&A processes through improved reporting, automation, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making within a fast-paced, highly quantitative investment environment. Requirements 5 -10 years of hedge fund accounting / finance experience including responsibility for trader compensation, financial reporting, and analysis #J-18808-Ljbffr
